History:

Coming Soon.

Station 151 was completed in 1999, has 4 drive-through bays, and houses the department administration. It sits at 300 Perry Street in downtown Castle Rock.
Engine 151 is the primary response apparatus for downtown fire suppression, and is second due to most of the rest of the district. Our busiest piece of equipment, it is equipped to handle several specialized emergencies including heavy vehicle extrication, confined space rescues, and rope rescues. This engine is staffed with three personnel, 1 officer, 1 engineer, and 1 firefighter. Engine 151 is a 2003 HME/Central States with a 500 gallon tank and 1750 gpm pump.
Medic 151 is the primary ambulance for the southern half of our district and it is one of the busiest ambulances in all of southern Denver. The Medic Unit is staffed with 1 firefighter/EMT and 1 firefighter/paramedic. It is also used to help train new EMT's and paramedics when necessary by allowing them to ride as the third member. Medic 151 is a 2004 Ford/Wheeled Coach.
One of CRFD's wildland trucks, Brush 151 is cross-staffed with Engine 151’s crew when necessary. The vehicle's cab is designed to hold four members and can be contracted out to the state or federal government for assistance in major wildfires. When deployed on these fires, it is staffed with members of our Wildland Team. Brush 151 is a 2000 Ford with a skid-mount pump and tank.
