Castle Rock Professional Firefighters Local 4116 would like to thank our great community for turining out in huge numbers to our annual Chili Supper and Star Lighting!

We served nearly 120 gallons of chili and we are pleased to announce that we raised approx. $3,000 for the CPFF Foundation which is responsible for financial support to firefighters in times of need.  We are also pleased to announce that we will be contributing nearly $1000 to Castle Rock Fire/Rescue Explorer Post 107.   We sold out of supporter t-shirts but if you'd like to order one, please contact us at L4116President@yahoo.com.  Thanks again to our awesome community! The CRFD Honor Guard traveled to Emmitsburg, Maryland October 5-8, 2009 to honor our fallen brothers and sisters at the National Fallen Firefighter Memorial. The CRFD Honor Guard is the only known Honor Guard in the state to make the trip each year that Colorado firefighters are honored on the memorial wall. These trips are made possible solely on donations from local businesses. To all those who donated, thank you for your continued support!

Castle Rock Firefighters Local 4116 sponsored and participated in the National Fallen Firefighters Golf Tournament.  The event was held at Green Valley Ranch Golf Course on June 12, 2009.  The CRFD Honor Guard presented the National Colors during the opening ceremonies and Local 4116 members played in the tournament.  Thanks to Lt. Jason Butts for his hard work in helping to organize this great event.
